Ability to change the order of Schedulers on left navigation on admin side.

It will be nice to have a way to change the order of all the schedulers on the left navigation, so for example, we want the Custom Schedulers to be listed first, and Resources to be the last schedulers we see here. 

So it will be great that when I go to Custom Schedulers, the page would say just Schedulers, and will list all possible schedulers that we have, including the expanded and consolidated, so from there we can create new ones, remove any existing and reorder all together.
