Instead of just having coaches show up as "available" or "unavailable" There should be options to change the verbiage. Such as "Coach is by appointment only, please email ..." This allows students to see the coaches contact information allowing more direct communication when needed.

This is not the intended use of the book a pro scheduler. If you're not wanting players to book on their own, I would recommend creating a page like this customer did to showcase a pro and instructions on how to book with this pro.
