Internal Staff Message Board (Shift Communication).
Feature Request: Internal Staff Message Board / Announcements Feed
It would be extremely helpful to have an internal, staff-only message board inside CourtReserve.
This space could be used by front desk admin staff to leave notes for the next shift (e.g. facility issues, court changes, customer situations, rain protocols, etc.).
In addition, owners or managers could post important announcements such as upcoming events, policy updates, operational notes, or weekly priorities.
A third use would be ongoing facility or operations notes (maintenance issues, temporary changes, known problems) so staff always have consistent information.
Key features that would make this effective:
- Staff-only visibility
- Time-stamped messages
- Clear author name
- Ability to pin important messages
- Simple, fast updates
This would function as a digital shift log + internal bulletin board and greatly improve communication, consistency, and professionalism for multi-shift facilities.
