In event set-up, we need the registration ends to have a drop-down for minutes also for those events.

We have ball machine drilling every 30 minutes for two hours back to back.  We want to close the registration at 8:00am the morning for all the time slots that day.   We can only do the 9:00 and the 10:00 to set 1 hour prior or 2 hours prior.  The 9:30 and 10:30 time slots need to close 1.5 hr prior and 2.5 hr prior to get all the time slots close for registration at 8:00am that day.
