Add Ability to Display Individual Participant Names on Family Invoices (PEP / Scholarship Documentation)

Many families use scholarship programs such as Florida’s PEP (Personalized Education Program) Scholarship, which require invoices to clearly show the names of the individual students receiving services.

Currently, invoices generated through CourtReserve display the family account holder’s name but do not clearly list each participating child. This creates challenges when parents need official documentation for reimbursement or scholarship submission.

Feature Request:

We would love the ability to:

• Automatically display the names of all registered participants (children) directly on the invoice

• Break down charges per child when applicable

• Or toggle a setting that includes “Participant Name” under each line item

Why This Matters:

• Required for state scholarship reimbursements (e.g., Florida PEP)

• Reduces manual invoice editing outside the platform

• Increases professionalism and compliance for clubs working with educational funding

• Saves time for both administrators and families

Even a simple checkbox like “Include participant names on invoice” would be extremely helpful.

We believe this feature would benefit many clubs offering youth programs, camps, academies, and educational instruction.
