Instructor SetUp

From some research, it seems that there are now 3 tennis clubs in the Ottawa area using Court Reserve. Based on the size of Ottawa Canada, we have some instructors who teach across multiple clubs.

It would be great for instructors to share one email address in court reserve (like members do) when creating accounts. While adding a +1 to the email does work, it means our pros have to Log out and log back in for different clubs.
