Verkada is a top flight access control solution.  Their best product is a video intercom with door unlock control.  Customer can ring the intercom, remote staff can answer that call via browser or mobile app, they can then unlock the door remotely.

They include an excellent feature called a Visit Key which is temporary access.
It texts a link that is good for a specific timeframe and specific number of entries, perfect for the new public bookings feature.
