Global Exception Dates

If I want to add a date, for example Sunday Easter 5th as an exception date to all of a session's programs, I currently need to individually add that exception to each specific program. It would be helpful to create a Global Exception for the date of Easter and then within that Exception I could denote specific sessions, programs, etc. as included within the exception and then have it automatically apply to existing and future programs on that date. This would save a lot of time and perhaps even catch errors where I wanted to Except a date on a program but forgot to add the Exception.
