Registration / Applications for membership

In a seasonal operation, we have new members and returning members.  While there is a process built into the system to approve or decline NEW members, the same option is NOT available for returning members.

The decision to approve membership rests with the organization, therefore, Courtreserve should not automatically approve returning members but provide the organization with the same option as that of a NEW member.

Adjusting the TODO functionality needs to be refined to show new applicants whether they are new to the organization or returning.  The red dot only appears with NEW member applications, the suggestion is the red dot should reflect that an application has been received by the organization and a deicsion on approval or denial needs to be processed.
