Deleting from New Members To Review

Many potential new members enter their info and are approved but decide NOT to join for a variety of reasons. We are starting a new outdoor season and would like to be able to delete from last year's list of prospective members without "declining" them.

This is would bring a lot of value. Marking it for the future, but there's no timeline at this time.
