initial account set up

People have trouble understanding the "add organization" prompt when using CR for the first time. It's the most common question I get. Can you have your team add a scrolling feature? That way when they start typing in the box, multiple options will pop up and they'll understand what to do. Like a web browser search bar. Thanks
