Under: Booking settings >> General >>> Reservation rules edits on separate timeframes. There are some reservation edits that you can enable, but they all fall under the same "Don't allow reservation edit if less than X hours till Reservation Start" setting. There should be a way to let certain edits happen at different time restrictions. I wouldn't mind if users edited their reservations to different courts within 24 hours, but I do mind other edits (changing times).
