Discounts on Reservations - Be able to exclude specific reservation types

Would love to encourage an option to exclude specific reservation types from the "Discount" option.

The scenario: Our "Founding Members" get their first hour free and that worked fine when we have pricing follow the person.  This happens automatically through the "Discount" feature since we've allocated one free hour of play every day.  Two problems:

1. If a Founding member books in a 2-hour block the discount no longer applies and charges them the court rate for both hours.

2. If we have a specific reservation type the discount should not apply to there is no way to prevent it.

We have a reservation type that allows a member to reserve an entire court where pricing applies to the reservation-owner. In that scenario we don't want them to get the whole court for free. We would like to be able to exclude that reservation-type from the "Discount" option. 

Solution: Either allow us to exclude a reservation type from the discount option or allow custom cost scheduler to override the discount option and account for the amount of time it is reserved (i.e. different pricing if reserved for 1 hour v. 2 hours).
