More prominent PAY NOW displayed for fees for added members to a court booking

Currently, when a member (A) books a court and adds a different member (B), member B's account is not charged the court fee right away (which is good, since they need to approve the fee!)

But, it would be very helpful as a reminder to player B when they log in (and in their received reservation email) the blue PAY NOW button in the upper right of their member portal was active, so they are reminded to go pay for their costs. Currently, they see a $ sign beside their name in the booking, and they can see the transaction to pay it in Transactions.

The blue PAY NOW button seems to only show up in Player A makes the booking and does not pay for it at that time (and the reservation is canceled automatically if the associated time window passes).

Admins in the CR portal can complete the transaction, but we do not have front desk staff for our club, so the lack of this feature places a burden on our administrators monthly to look for this. Worse, it's a way for members to book the court, have it show, and they ignore the payment requirement for the court!
