Need option to change the Create Account link on header & Calendar is not responsive to mobile device

Need an option to change the Create Account link on the header, if you can change the other font color and background. It greatly limits what you can use from your branding to only dark-on-light colors, which is not our main branding scheme. Also, the options at the top of the calendar are not responsive for device settings. That is a little CSS change that you can make in 5 seconds. It looks unprofessional.
