Please take away the "Prevent Auto Registration X Hours Before Session" limitation.

CR currently prevents auto registration from the waitlist from occurring within at least a minimum of 1 hour from the session start time. This makes no sense since we allow members to cancel registration all the way up to the start of the session. On the warmer days our sessions fill up quickly and many are on the waitlist. Plans can change and cancelations can occur last minute, so those waitlisted would appreciate knowing they can get into a session (even last minute). And when one is moved off the waitlist to the "registered" list, he/she should receive an automatic notification.
