Ability to select the time a waitlist opens before an Event.

I wish we had the option to select the time when a waitlist opens for registration.


Reason: We have players that register for a waitlist days in advance of an Open Play session. If you use the Auto Register feature often times, they forget they have registered and do not show up.

This is why we use the “first come first serve option”. However, most of our members favor a priority list based on time of sign up. If we had the ability to control when the waitlist went live, we would switch to the Auto Registration prioritized by sign up.


Example: For an Open Play session if Max registration is reached, the Waitlist Opens X hours before the session starts. If a member adds themselves to the waitlist a few hours before an event, they are more likely intent on playing that day and would show up if Auto Registered.
