Allow ACH during a new member onboarding (Stripe integration accounts)

We are a small club that charges a convenience fee for CC payments.  The best way for members to avoid this is via ACH.  Onboarding a new member has proven to be tedious since we have Stripe integration.  I cannot set the membership option to be required as they are forced to enter a credit card profile and would be charged a fee.  The only way around this is to make the membership optional, set up an account without a membership, set up ACH, then go purchase the membership with the ACH profile.  That is a horrible experience for new members and has caused us to miss some revenue opportunities because of the frustration.  We have also had to refund credit card fees for users that just power through a membership purchase with a credit card.  We are not equipped to refund or absorb a significant amount of fees and our memberships are where the most fees are charged.  This constraint is silly and likely imposed by Stripe.  Given that you are marketing for them, they should not hold you hostage by requiring a credit card be set up for Stripe integration.
