Check a public booking's email address for an account already in the system

Before a player is allowed to book via public booking, check to see if an account already exists with that email. If that account does exist, then prompt them to log in before booking the court/event.

This really needs implemented. We are seeing current members finding the public booking links and wandering why their specific rates are not being applied to the event/reservation. It is intuitive to tell them either click the hamburger menu and login or to just ignore that link and register/reserve in the CourtReserve app.
