The App
The app's performance is causing real problems for our business. Page loads frequently exceed 5 seconds, the back button is unreliable, and we're hearing complaints from customers regularly.
When I raised the question of app updates previously, I was told there were no plans to update — not now or in the near future. I'd like to understand the path forward. Maybe I'm just not seeing it, but Is the App so low priority that it doesn't even warrant a category on the suggestion page?
If the expectation is that our customers should be booking via desktop or web browser instead, I'd appreciate knowing that directly. At least in our area, this is not the preferred method of our customers whatsoever. Could you help me understand CR's plans for the app so we can make educated decisions moving forward?
