Allow Rounded Corners and Duplicate Sections in Bulk Emailer

Content should have the ability to round the corners to make emails look more modern. 

Spacers should also be added, instead of making a divider, and changing the colors and padding to create a spacer.

There should be a way to create sections where content and design of the section can be easily duplicated making it easy to keep the look and feel of emails.
