Making Memberships Visible Without Being Purchasable

As far as I know, there is no way for a membership type to be "public" in the portal without also being purchasable. This is an issue for our "College" Membership, where we require students to submit a valid ID before they can even purchase the membership. We still want them to be able to see all the details of the membership, but no more than that. Unfortunately, the lack of an "in-between" option here has forced us to take the membership off the portal entirely.

Ideally, we'd love to be able to show the details of the membership, but have a button that directs the user to "Email Us" rather than being able to purchase the membership.
