CardDAV feed of members to link member contact info to computer/phone

Our admins do a lot of member support via texting and sometimes email. We're looking for a CardDAV feed of the members' contact info (name, phone, email) so that the member info syncs to our computer and phone. Right now we have to import/add members to a local account on phone/email. But it has to be repeated over and over for new members and if members change their contact info. If there was a CardDAV feed, everything would automatically sync. Would want this to be available only to admins, not all members.
