Update reoccuring billing setting for custom for something other than months, it doesnt allow to bill every x weeks or days
Billing -> Reoccuring Fees -> Fee creation -> Payment option allows for custom billing cycles, but it only lets you select months as a unit of measurement, so if we want to bill every 4/8 weeks instead of monthly it will not allow it.
