Waiver Kiosk Validation

We have created a waiver kiosk with QR code. People are scanning the QR code and "pretending" to fill it out, but when we check the report, they did not. The system should allow a message at the end requiring all waivers to show the front desk that the online waiver form has been completed before they are allowed on the court.
