Please send emails to staff even if we cancel them out for others to see. Not just when the members do it themselves.

Take a look at the emails for me please because we are not getting the emails when we cancel at the desk. The only time we are getting emails is when they do it themselves. It is crucial we get this fixed because we run round robins with our members and outside guest which turns into a problem when the staff member running it can't see who is canceling.
