Adding packages/punches to bulk billing and pay multiple charges workflows

Currently the bulk billing and pay multiple charges don't include packages/punches in the workflow. We have many customers with packages and we need to manually charge/deduct a punch for each instance and cannot utilize bulk billing or pay multiple charges. This is a bad experience for our clubs and for our customers who are often have their credit card charges instead of punches deducted.
