Waitlist - Rescheduling of Events to Include Waitlisted Player(s)

When rescheduling events, the registered players are seamlessly moved to the new date. The issue is that the the waitlisted players are not moved to the new date. The Admin must add the waitlisted players to the new event date.

I.e. In an event recurring on 3 dates with 2 player waitlisted, when you reschedule one date (weather), the other 2 dates will include the wait listers but the rescheduled date does not.

Solutions: Include the wait listed players in the reschedule or provide an option/Q to include the wait listers in the reschedule

I had a sub-admin reschedule an event and the players on the waitlist were not moved with the event. I asked AI A & itI stated wait listed players are not moved. I was surprised as this was not the case in the past. I entered this Idea and then decided to test. 

As usual, the wait listed player(s) are moved when rescheduling an event. 

Here is the AI discussion. Ai was confused between reschedule a player vs reschedule an event.

Me: When rescheduling an event and players are on the waitlist, is it possible to reschedule the waitlisted players as well as the registered players?

AI: Not automatically. The reschedule tool is for moving a player’s existing event registration to a different event date, and it’s done per registrant from the event’s Registrants list. .Waitlisted players are not registered yet, so they won’t be included in that reschedule flow. To get them onto the new date, you’d first need to register them from the event date’s Waitlist tab (using Register to Event), then reschedule them if needed.

AI works very well for the most part. This answer is misleading.
