Allow Public Players to Book Unreserved Member Courts Within 24 Hours

I'd like to submit a feature request that would give facilities more flexibility in maximizing court utilization while preserving member benefits.

At our facility, we have 8 indoor courts:

• 5 courts designated for members
• 3 courts available for public booking

Members receive the benefit of exclusive access to the five member courts. However, if those courts remain unreserved as the reservation time approaches, we'd like the ability to make those unused courts available to public players.

Ideally, CourtReserve would allow facilities to configure a rule such as:

• Member courts remain exclusive to members until 24 hours before the reservation time.
• Within the final 24 hours, any unreserved member courts automatically become available for public booking.
• Courts already reserved by members would, of course, remain unchanged.
• The time window should be configurable (e.g., 12, 24, or 48 hours) so each facility can choose what best fits its membership model.

This feature would allow us to:

• Maximize court utilization.
• Generate additional revenue from courts that would otherwise sit empty.
• Preserve the booking advantage that members pay for while ensuring unused inventory doesn't go to waste.

For our facility, this would mean that if one or more of our five member courts are still available within 24 hours of play, those courts could be booked by public players alongside our three public courts.
