Require approval for all new family members when they are added to a new or existing membership.

When new members are added to a new or existing account we would like to have a new "To Do" appear.  This would allow us the ability to approve this new family member and make sure they fit within the membership requirements.  As is now, we either manually add new members (time consuming) or members add people that shouldn't be there.

This goes along with your idea but I would like something like the following.

The ability to turn on or off approve; a member adding other members to their accounts at the membership type level. We have 'Guest/Nonmember' accounts for registering for clinics and swim lessons. We want those members to be able to add without approval
