Show bookers names opt out

On member facing calendars/schedulers for tennis court bookings have the ability for members to opt out/in whether their name is shown to other members..

I believe currently it is all yes or all no.  However, we have a minority who wish to remain anonymous and quote privacy and PIPEDA etc...  having an opt out option would solve the problem.
