Point of sale low stock notification

Add an actual push or email notification to Point of sale inventory. The red dot is nice, but it would be more valuable if we could direct a notification directly to the people who order items for our shop. We have different people who handle food and paddles, for example. So the blanket  "red dot" in the POS reports needs some better targeting to improve workflow.
