Feature Suggestion: Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Templates

Hello CourtReserve Team,

I would like to suggest the creation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) templates for key administrative workflows, such as:

• Event creation and management
• User creation and account setup
• Taxpayer/contributor account creation and ongoing maintenance

Since CourtReserve already maintains a comprehensive Knowledge Base, having standardized SOP drafts covering these core features would be incredibly valuable. Organizations could use these base templates as a starting point and easily tailor them to build their own specific, internal SOPs.

Providing these ready-to-use templates would help organizations resolve simple, everyday questions internally and streamline staff onboarding.
