RSS Feed Should Show Instructor's Assigned Time, Not the Full Event Block

Instructors use the personal RSS feed to merge their CourtReserve schedule into their own calendar app. For clinics and other group events with multiple instructors, an instructor is often assigned to only part of the event's total time block — for example, an event runs 3:00–5:00pm, but a given instructor is only scheduled 3:00–4:00pm.

Currently, the RSS feed exports the full event window (3:00–5:00pm) for that instructor, not their specific assigned time (3:00–4:00pm).

Requested change: When an instructor is assigned to a subset of an event's total time, the RSS/ICS feed entry for that instructor should reflect their specific assigned start and end time, not the full event's start and end time.
