A general notes/To do page for admin

Add an option on the main menu for ToDo/notes

-this is reminders to update X, change Y, etc. 

this would be something that can be set to share with orther set admin users or as private. we all have a lot of stuff to remember and having any place within the platform to note important reminders, info, pricing changes, WHATEVER would be super helpful.
