Sync DUPR data to Patch

Currently the only pickleball rating that can be synced to Patch is a "Custom Rating".

Adding DUPR singles/doubles to the Patch sync would be beneficial for segmenting out specific groups. Starting with singles/doubles would be a good start; adding mixed, age groups, and other DUPR data in the future could be interesting for more segmentation.
