Custom Required Fields for Public Booking

For events in which we rely on ratings to organize courts (open play, king & queen, etc), it would be great to require those who sign up via Public Booking to provide that information & a phone number should we need to reach out. Allowing clubs to configure custom fields would provide even more versatility to this new feature.
