Add Membership Type column to the Reservations Report

It would be helpful if the Reservations Report included a column for each player’s Membership Type.Right now, the report can show many reservation details (player name, instructor, payment status, etc.), but Membership Type is not available as an output column. Adding this field would make it easier to analyze lesson and reservation activity by membership type without needing to cross-reference other reports.
