Different Chime Sound for Non-Registered Players

When a player checks in using the kiosk, a chime is heard that they are a player in good status/checking in. We are encountering players who are checking in, but THEY ARE NOT REGISTERED for any even or court reservation. Can we PLEASE have a different sound for that so we don't miss it? My front desk people are busy and they hear the chime and don't look up, etc. and we are having issues with players getting into large events and not paying/registering.
