Allow members to add players to admin-created reservations

:Currently, if a reservation type is set to admin-only (Can Be Booked on Member Portal unchecked), members cannot manage that reservation later. This prevents them from adding additional players after the booking is created.It would be helpful if admins could still create the reservation for the member, but the member could later open the reservation in My Reservations and add additional players themselves.This would allow clubs to maintain booking control while still giving members flexibility to complete their group after the reservation is created.
