Verification code

We noticed when registering, the pop-up screen asking for your phone number to send the verification code shows up very high on the our devices so we don't see it.  I have had to tell members to be sure to scroll up to find that pop-up.  Since it is a very important step, is there a way to have it come up lower on the screen (especially on phones)?
