Pickleheads Integration

So far so good - we really like the different formats for game rotations in Pickleheads.  And the integration with DUPR is seamless.

A few things:

-- Players that register for an event in Court Reserve that is to be sync'ed to a Pickleheads event are being prompted for a Pickleheads account.  This is confusing to our players.  Since we are paying a FACILITY subscription, the players should not be charged.

-- My SysAdmins cannot click the "Sync to Pickleheads" button on the Registrant Page - they get a permissions error.  There is no setting in the SysAdmin area to grant this permission.
