Separate Discounts for Courts and Resources

When a discount is applied for a session we want it applied only to court costs, but any resources added are also free. This makes it so staff have to check if a resource is being reserved and manually update the price for the session if one is.

Solution: Add options to the discount page to include resources in the discount and/or separate the current "Free Hours" into court discounts and resource discounts.
