Allow Members to Pay for Other Member's Court Fees (on split costs)
We would like a member to be able to pay some or all of the court fees for other members on the booking AND still need to use the Calculate Cost by Player. We would really benefit from this.

We have many, many cases where one player wants to pay the fee for another player on a Social, Clinic or private court
Agreed. We have a player that does not have a bank account or credit card, but has people willing to pay his court costs. It would be great for another player to be able to pay 2 players fees but not have to pay the entire court cost.
Yes, this would be a good one. The person making the reservation can elect to pay the fee of anyone else on the reservation.

Yes! This is a huge problem for us. There should be a button that adds any players from the reservation together. Calculating it manually is really clunky at the front desk.
Under our model we have a member book the court and everyone splits the costs equally. Currently the booker pays up front and the other players pay their portion to the booker. We would love to give the booker the option to split fees. We will run into occurrences where some players don't have accounts, and we do not utilize guest fees at our facilities. In an ideal world, the fees would split based on # of players. The booker would add the players with accounts to the booking to pay their portion. For anyone who does not have an account, the booker will pay their own portion plus the portion to cover the non-member guests.
