Option for number of players to split fee equally on reservation

This option would appear when the Fee Responsiblity was set to Each Player Equally. By selecting the number of players to split the fee equally by, it would allow us to easily charge each player before the other players have been added to the reservation.

For example, if a member books a court without adding the names of the other players, then we must add those other players to the reservation as they arrive to the club. However, if the first person who arrives needs to pay, then the front desk staff must do the math for how much that player should be charged depending on how many people will be splitting the court fee. This is because the current "Each Player Equally" option only divides the total fee between the players entered into the reservation. But if the first player arriving does not know who the other players are, then we have to wait until they arrive.

It's a small change, but it would be of great help to take the pressure off the staff when the front desk has a line of members waiting.
