Allow Admin to designate Booking Ownership

Our club holds a court lottery every 3 months. The members get called up randomly to a weekly court grid and select a day of the week, the time of day and the court they will have for the next twelve weeks. Currently the first person listed on the booking does not own the booking. It is owned by the Admin who enters all of the selections into the scheduler. The members of the booking are only allowed to Sub themselve out. We would like the Admin to be able to transfer ownership to the first person listed on the booking as they are that groups team leader.
