Prime Time Upgrade

A club might have different slots in a week  that can be prime time. so if we have an option to define prime times already then we should have the option of creating custom costs to apply on prime time. 

so lets say my prime time during weekdays is set at 5 pm to 10 pm. and weekends s 8 am to 6 pm. so I should be able to create custom costs that can be applied to prime time and would automatically apply to all those times during the week.
