Membership Hold Documents

Would it be possible to allow a document to be uploaded to a members profile. This would be helpful if someone needed a medical hold on their membership. At this time we ask for proof from a medical professional and having that document attached to their file for reference would be helpful to know when the hold started and when it would end.
