Lesson Pricing - Hide inactive memberships

For the Lesson Pricing -> Custom Costs screen -> Memberships


Can we HIDE all inactive memberships (for some reason old, inactive memberships are coming up) AND

Can we have an option to "apply pricing to ALL memberships"?

Change: Can we have an option to "apply pricing to ALL memberships"?

To: Can we have the option to "Apply pricing to ALL memberships EXCEPT..." - so this would be an exclusion, not an inclusion.
