Return the SAVE button to court reservation changes.

In the update to the App today, the Save button was apparently removed and replaced with an Edit Button.  Edit saves any changes to a court reservation, which is not intuitive for users.  The buttons are now Back and Edit.  There is no Save option, and users will not know to press Edit to save a change.
